Demolition Pre-Baiting Services

A one stop solution for expediters and demolition contractors. Upon receipt of required information our personnel will perform demolition pre bait service as required by NYCDOH and will file a certificate to the department for a scheduled inspection. Following a certificate of approval will be mailed to you by NYCDOH.
